Cynthia Vasquez, MBA, CEDS is the founder of Propel Consulting.  Ms. Vasquez is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the legal field.  She has worked in boutique up to large-size law firms in Washington, DC, New York and Los Angeles/Orange County.  Prior to Propel, Cynthia was a Senior Litigation Paralegal and acting director of litigation and trial support at a top law firm in southern California.

Cynthia holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a bachelors' degree in Philosophy from The George Washington University.  She is is an ACEDS Fellow, a CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist) certified professional, and earned a paralegal certificate from UC Irvine.  Cynthia is also the former Membership Director of ACEDS, Orange County and the former Assistant Director of Women in eDiscovery, Orange County.
